Hilliard Greene played in Vilnius twice. First in quartet with Jameel Moondoc, Roy Campbell and Klaus Kugel. The concert was organized by NoBusiness Records in cooperation with Gunnar Pfabe booking. There was an intention to record the performance for the label but unfortunately technical quality of both video and audio recording wasn’t sufficiently good.
Next time Hill Greene visited us for a performance at Vilnius Jazz festival in 2008 as a part of Charles Gayle trio.

The idea to set up a new website for Hilliard came up naturally during the after concert diner. Somehow we never discussed the design in depth. All I knew - the website is going to be hosted by Jazz Corner and should accommodate their standard navigation bar. Also, Hill sent me some great photos and suggested be creative and confident.
The design of hilliardgreene.com is simple yet colorful. Each section has a different color theme. A logo with semi-transparent double bass was created to enhance the site name "Hill Greene plays bass".
In its current state the website is well looked after and frequantly updated.
